NitiPath Account Deletion

This page explains how NitiPath users can delete their app account and associated app data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open NitiPath.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion dialog.

In-app deletion permanently removes your Firebase Authentication account, birth profile, saved analyses, and NitiPath Pro entitlement record from NitiPath servers.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email NitiPath support and request account deletion. Include the phone number, Google account, or Apple account you used to sign in, plus any detail that helps us identify the account.

Data deleted

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, tax, legal compliance, or app store purchase records. Apple App Store and Google Play purchase records are controlled by the relevant store account.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed and completed within a reasonable time after we can verify the account owner.
